RATES
This Hourly Rate Applies to Training Only:
Training Office Etiquette
    One on One                        $45.00/per hour
    Two-Five Employees          $55.00/per hour
    Six-Ten Employees             $65.00/per hour
    Ten Plus Employees           $85.00/per hour

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STANDARD RATES/MONTHLY RETAINERS:
-Standard Hourly Rate  (4 hour minimum)                                 $35.00
-Silver Package           10 pre-paid hours  + 1 free hour             $350.00
-Gold  Package            20 pre-paid hours  + 2 free hours           $700.00
-Platinum Package       30 pre-paid hours  + 3 free hours           $1,050.00
-Executive Package      40 pre-paid hours  + 4 free hours           $1,400.00
-Presidential Package   50 pre-paid hours  + 5 free hours           $1,750.00


New Customer 10% Discounts:
-Silver Package           10 pre-paid hours  + 1 free hour             $350.00
-Gold  Package            20 pre-paid hours  + 2 free hours           $630.00
-Platinum Package       30 pre-paid hours  + 2 free hours           $945.00
-Executive Package      40 pre-paid hours  + 3 free hours           $1,260.00
-Presidential Package   50 pre-paid hours  + 4 free hours           $1,575.00
RETAINER FEES:
Retainer hours are a set of hours that you can choose each month, which is set aside for your business needs.  They are non-refundable,
however you have 2 months from the date of purchase to use them.  They can be purchased monthly or in advance, and must be PAID in
full before work begins; and a Retainer Work Agreement must be signed.  You will be invoiced monthly showing the number of hours you
have used, and the balance remaining.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Additional charges will be added for such things as postage, photocopying and mass mailings, federal express, express mail, and
DHL charges.  Faxing is $1.00 per page, and Notary Services are $2.50 per page (some restrictions apply).Traveling charges are
$.25 cents a mile. 

EMERGENCY PROJECTS:
Emergency/ Urgent Projects are $50.00 per hour depending upon complexity of assignment.   These types of projects must be
put at the top of the list for the day. Fees must be paid in full.

PAYMENTS:
Payments are made in the following manner
    -Bank Checks
    -Wire Transfer
    -U.S. Postal Money Order
    - Personal Checks - Certified Checks Only
